Office Hours
Our office hours are
- Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5:30
- Saturday 8:00 to 11:00
Work Days
TLC Tom's Lawn Care crews work Monday through Friday. Crews are
in different areas on different days. You will be assigned a specific
day for your lawn mowing and lawn care service. The crew normally
follows the same route every week. You will notice they arrive about the
same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may change, so we
cannot guarantee a time of day. Our crews sometimes work until dark. If
your yard is not mowed by 5PM, do not worry, if it is not yet dark, our
crews still might get to your lawn.
One of TLC Tom's Lawn Care's top priorities
is to show up on your designated day for your yard mowing and lawn
service. Please note that even if it is a holiday, we might still show
up to work on your yard. We have many yards on the schedule. There is no
way we can skip a day and the catch up. If you want us to skip until
the next scheduled mow, just call or send us an email.
Payment
Changes of Mow Day or Service
If changes are to be made in either the lawn mowing day or the service, you must make them the day prior to your mow day
for them to take effect. TLC Tom's Lawn Care assigns crews each morning
at the beginning of the work day based on requests made up to the end
of office hours the prior evening.
Skips
In some cases you may want to skip a mowing for some reason such
as back yard project, rain, etc. Please make us aware the day before
your scheduled lawn mowing or lawn care service.
